The Freeport Country Club golf course is one of the best-kept secrets in Northwest Illinois. You’ll enjoy a test of your skills on our beautiful 18-hole course. The course is very interesting for golfers of all levels. The tree-lined fairways nestled in a naturally hilly terrain provide a unique challenge. There are a variety of good elevation changes, 27 sand traps, three ponds, and a small stream that offer a great mix for your golfing pleasure. Our enlarged driving range area, practicing putting greens, chipping greens, and newly remodeled pro shop round out and complete our golf facility.

A distinct favorable advantage to the golf membership is the fact that Freeport Country Club provides its members with relatively few starting time restrictions. As opposed to golfing at public courses or overcrowded clubs, your preference for tee times will be accommodated in most cases. A golf membership includes unlimited use of our on-course driving range, putting green and chipping area. Private golf lessons offered by our PGA golf professional make full use of these practice areas to help any level of golfer.

The golf course is open Monday from 12:00 p.m. – Dark and Tuesday through Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to Dark. Golf membership also provides full use of the pool and dining facilities.
